She finally woke up from her nap on baptism day so we got a picture together.

Sam Chen

Daddy has been pretty sad since Riley left. While we know no puppy can ever replace Riley, we thought having a dog around would be good for me. Besides that Daddy really wanted one. We decided to get a French Brittany, they get to be about 40 pounds when full grown. The breed is known to be light shedders, have high energy, and be friendly with both people and other animals.

Here are all the puppies. I chose this one and decided to name him Sam.

On another visit Sam gets jealous that I wanted to play with his brothers and sisters.

The Iowa State Fair

We went to the Iowa State Fair this year. I had lots of fun and even got to eat some Fair food. Daddy says the food is what the Fair is all about. Mommy likes to look at the animals. I told them we could do both and maybe even ride the big slide.

This year we split a cup of cookies. They were yummy.
