Blazin M Ranch

Daddy's seminar also rented out the Blazin M Ranch when we were in Sedona. It was like an old west BBQ.

Here I am practicing my roping.

There was even a wagon ride.

What would a ranch be without animals?

The worker let me feed this one a cookie!

Daddy got this hat since it was his birthday!

I made friends with Daddy's supervisor's granddaughter.

Her name is Ava. By the end of the night we were the best of friends.

More Food

Of course a big part of any trip in our family is food.

Here Mommy and I are at the opening dinner reception. They had an adult buffet line and a kiddie buffet line. I think Mommy wishes she chose food from my line.

Here we are sharing stories and having jello before the main course arrives.

Our Jeep tour guide told us about this sandwich place where supposedly you only needed to order a half sandwich to be full. We tried stopping in multiple times but it was never open. Finally one day it was.

Here is Daddy's full sandwich. It was huge.

Someone should tell Daddy that with the size of the sandwich the Diet Coke looks a little out of place.

Here we are deciding what is good at a local diner.

Trolley Tour

While Daddy went to his meetings, Mommy and I went on a Trolley Tour.
Here I am about to climb aboard!

I even had a chance to ring the bell.

Here are a few pictures of me at the various stops the Trolley made.

Hmm all this sight seeing has made me want to sit down.

If you know my Daddy I'm sure you know what I'm thinking about. Thats right, I'm thinking it is a good time for lunch.

Jeep Tour

One of the activities that Daddy's seminar had set up for the families was a Jeep tour. Here we are waiting for our turn.

Here is the view from my spot.

I was strapped in really well!

We even went off roading a little bit to take in this great view.

Here we are with our Jeep driver. He told us lots of fun stories about Sedona.

Man Vs Food

After Enchanted Island we were hungry. We decided to eat at "Los Reyes De La Torta" which was featured in Man Vs Food.

Here is a picture of Daddy's giant sandwich, which he of course did not finish. I am giving him my "really Daddy you are full already" look.

After our huge meal we drove the couple of hours to Sedona. Here are some famous rock formations. Do you see Lucy and Snoopy?

They are in the yellow boxes.

After checking in and a wee bit of sight seeing we were ready for more food.

Pizza is always a quality food choice!

Some Fun in Phoenix

We flew into Phoenix, AZ which is a couple hour drive from Sedona. We decided to break up the trip a little bit by visiting a small amusement park called Enchanted Island.

Here I am on one of the car rides.

I wanted to be in front....

...but this roller coaster ride was still fun to ride.

Afterwards we took a little stroll to build up an appetite for lunch.

Heading to Sedona, AZ

Daddy has a conference for work in Sedona, AZ. Mommy and I decided we could catch the sights while he is in meetings.

Our flight out of Iowa was early in the morning so we decided to catch breakfast at the airport.

Cookie waves at the airplane!

I'm a good flyer, as long as I have Daddy's I-Pod;)
