Thanksgiving

We had a fun Thanksgiving day over at Grandma and Grandpa C's. Mommy and I started the morning by watching the Macy's Thanksgiving Day parade.

Leighton decided to practice the age old Thanksgiving tradition of taking a nap after eating.

Our family friend Jennifer was nice enough to be my "girlfriend" for the day.

Here we are getting ready to eat.

After the meal we tried to fit as many people as possible on the couch.

Then I entertained everybody with a song I learned in preschool.

My 4th Birthday

For my Birthday, Daddy took the day off and then we all went to see Happy Feet 2. Afterwards we decided to have some ice cream as a treat.

Leighton was a little jealous that she had to stay home when we were out watching a movie and having ice cream.

I bet you can't guess one of my favorite things about Birthdays is.

This is my dog cake that I requested Mommy to make for me.

More present opening!!!!

I even was able to blow out the candles all by myself. (maybe I had a little help from Aunt Jenny)

Here I am with Aunt Jenny and Uncle Rob.

Grandma C, Grandpa C, and I enjoyed some cake.

Grandma and Grandpa W look like they need a hug!

Here is our happy family of 4, which coincidently is my age.

Family Visits from Ohio

Aunt Velma and Uncle David drove all the way from Ohio to come visit us.

Here Aunt Velma is sitting with my baby sister.

Uncle David, Leighton, and I enjoyed watching some games.

Aunt Velma got me an early birthday treat!

Thanks for visiting, we really enjoyed having you!

Halloween

Sorry for the lack of posts lately. If my little sister would this through the night, Daddy would be able to help me keep up the postings.

Right now Leighton just likes to cat nap. So even though she does not sleep through the night it seems like she is always napping.

I thought I would share some of the Halloween highlights. Here I am with my good friend Kennedy dressed up in our costumes.

Mommy, Daddy and I went to the Pumpkin farm to get ourselves a pumpkin. Leighton stayed home with Grandma C since new babies are not supposed to be out and about too much.

Mommy and I got a little thirsty after all that pumpkin picking.

Finally a pony that is just my size.

Here I am carving up that pumpkin!

At the zoo I met Dorthy on the yyellow brick road.

I think the Great Pumpkin should really be this big!

Illumifest

Mommy, Daddy, and I went to Illumifest. It was a little cold out for Leighton so she stayed home with Grandma C.

Illumifest is a fun free event here in town. They have bouncy houses, latern painting, rides, and food. Daddy is trying to convince me that I will like the bouncy obstacle course.

I actually was having trouble climbing a part of it.

Luckily these girls were there to help me out.

They also shared some popcorn with me!

We caught a show with this dancing Dragon.

Mommy and I are here waiting in line to paint a lantern.

Before we left I got to ride this all by myself.

Little Sis and Big Brother

Cousin Shelly sent us a care package with a couple pretty neat shirts.

Here Leighton shows off her Little Sis shirt.

I just love my Little Sis.....

....but she had better remember I was here first and that makes me the Big Brother!

Relaxing

So now that Leighton has come home we have been mainly staying home and relaxing. Here she is with Grandpa W.

Leighton likes to take naps on Daddy.

I have been teaching her how I relax and sleep.

Sam also wants to get into all the relaxing going on.

While I have really enjoyed all of the laying around lately.........unlike Mommy and Daddy.....

......some of us can't relax all day long. Here I am heading off to the first day of preschool.

Leighton Meets Sam

Sam has been very curious about our new addition, he is not sure what to think.

Sam says hello to Leighton, I guess that means she is accepted into our family.

Here is our new family photo!
